Please stay alert, informed and prepared. Our actions have the opportunity to make a big impact. For the sake of ourselves and those around us we need to keep our spirits up. Showing yourself and those around you kindness and compassion. We are in this together(even if we are 6 feet apart)!
There a need to communicate, now more than ever. To tell someone from a distance that it’s going to be OK. To check on each other. To remind ourselves of these new rules of interaction which will hopefully last a short period of time.
