A printable calendar is my favorite way to start a new year. You choose the style, print as many copies as you need, and you can print a fresh page any time you spill coffee on March.

How to Print Your 2027 Calendar at Home
- Download the file and open the PDF (or PNG) on your computer.
- Choose your paper size. Most of these come in US Letter, and many include A4 too. If yours is A4 only, pick “Fit to page” in the print settings.
- Print the monthly pages at Actual size / 100% so the date boxes stay roomy for writing.
- Use 65 to 80 lb cardstock for a wall calendar that won’t curl, and 110 lb cardstock for desk calendars that need to stand up.
- Punch two holes at the top and add binder rings, clip the pages to a clipboard, or hang them with washi tape.
Want it to last all year? Slide each month into a sheet protector and write on it with a dry-erase marker. You can wipe it clean and reuse the same page.
